Playground Recording is pleased to announce that industry veteran Tim Coyle has taken over as Studio Manager. Tim has a proven track record in the music industry with time spent as the Operations Manger of The Sound Kitchen and as Studio Manager at Dark Horse Recording. “Being a part of the Nashville music community for the past 17 years, I am honored to have the opportunity to join the Playground team. Playground Recording is a multi-room facility that houses one of the most functional tracking rooms in Nashville. Studio A is a large tracking room with 5 isolation booths, an amazing sounding Yamaha C7 grand piano and a spacious control room fitted with a Neve 8232. Studio B is the perfect room for overdub and mix in the box. Fitted with a Radial Workhorse 500 series rack. It is loaded with API and Shadow Hills Microphone Preamps and other incredible gear. It also has a very comfortable isolation booth. This room can provide you a functional workspace at an incredible price point.
The Berry Hill area, where Playground Recording is found, is full of delicious restaurants, funky boutiques and well respected Nashville businesses.
